Château le Bouïs is a wine estate that is over 300 years old. Frédérique Olivié has taken up the torch of a line of women winegrowers. She has magnified the area to make it an essential place for wine tourism in Occitania. You can stay at the Château in lodges and guest rooms, dine in the restaurant or discover wine with our wine tourism activities.
