About

Chateau PECH REDON is located in the heart of the Clape massif, a small mountain between Narbonne and the Mediterranean Sea, on the highest plateau of the massif. The vineyard of 30 hectares (74 acres) is composed of Grenache, Syrah, Carignan, Mourvedre, Cinsault for reds and Grenache Blanc, Bourboulenc for white wines. Concerned about the respect of soils and wildlife, Chateau PECH-REDON passed to reasoned culture in 1998, then to organic culture certified by ECOCERT in 2005. Grapes are harvested manually. Vinifications are traditional, without adding any yeast for fermentation.
