Fresh honest farm to fork cuisine The Château dining room is an elegant, convivial setting, frequented by both locals and resident guests, where we invite you to savour super fresh, authentic dishes and brasserie classics. Our chef and his team serve lovingly prepared Mediterranean cuisine using only fresh, seasonal ingredients harvested from our onsite vegetable garden or sourced from local producers and farmers. The menu changes with the seasons to take advantage of the best produce available in the region. The restaurant is open every day of the year for lunch and dinner. We also organise special events and brunches on a regular basis. Accessible to all our residents and for non-resident guests, by reservation and subject to availability.
