About
Domaine de la Srabande is one of the new wave of wineries established in the AOC of Faugeres. We farm organically our winemaking is a combination of old and new world techniques. This means that the wines are hand harvested, naturally fermented and are bottled unfiltered and unfined. We are a combination of Australian winemaking and Irish Viticulture deep in the heart of the Languedoc.
