Former home winemaker of the 18th being in a nice little wine village while circulade opposite the Chateau 13th century between Béziers and Sète, 10 minutes from Pezenas. A half hour of Cap d'Agde, Lake Salagou or foot of the Cevennes, will toggle between land and sea. The ideal 200m2 house with family and friends up to 9 people including 4 bedrooms (2 beds 180, 1 bed of 160 and 3 beds of 90), a bathroom with walk-in shower, a bathroom bathroom with corner bath, 2 toilets, a large kitchen of 45 m2 equipped (appliances, dishes, oven, hob, extractor, dishwasher, fridge freezeur, washing machine ...) and a beautiful living room of 60 m2 with fireplace and pool table 7 foot. You can also take advantage of a superb view of the Castle from the terrace. Linen and towels provided - beds made on arrival. Pets accepted under certain conditions Rental weekend or week only. Price for a weekend: 500 euros. Price for one week: 900 euros (up to 9 people). Provide for the household 15 euros / person to present directly to the housekeeper.
