The residence is located a few minutes walk from the city center and the Allées Paul Riquet. New air-conditioned apartment, 2nd floor with free secure parking in a small building with 11 apartments. Elevator from the parking lot with direct access to the landing of the apartment. A 15m² terrace adorns the whole. Bed linen and towels are provided. The square in front receives every Friday morning "The Market" very typical and well stocked with fresh products. Parking access is therefore blocked until 3 p.m. on Friday Electric charging station at the foot of the building
