Founded in 2016, "Stand Up Med" is a structure entirely devoted to the teaching of this new activity which progressively invades our Mediterranean beaches and more generally the beaches of the whole world: Stand Up Paddle (SUP): new sport accessible to all , From 7 to 77 years. Located in the Languedoc-Roussillon region, more precisely in the commune of Vias-Page, we move throughout the department and even beyond. Why learn SUP from our side? Thanks to our skills (IOSUP Certified Instructor: International Organizer Stand Up Paddle and Federal Offshore Stand Up Paddle Certificate n ° 16007 graduated by the French surfing federation), our knowledge of the environment and our passion , You can acquire the basic techniques in a playful way in a friendly atmosphere. Our formula "Baptism in SUP" will allow you to familiarize yourself with all aspects of this discipline in complete safety (mandatory equipment, gestures, apprehension of water ...)
