Basilic & Co restaurants offer pizzas made with exceptional ingredients : some flagship products from French land (Bleu du Vercors AOC, ravioles du Dauphiné Label Rouge, matured Saint-Marcellin, etc.) and elsewhere (mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP, matured raw milk cheddar AOP, etc.). More than 24 recipes to choose from, prepared from a fresh and slow-fermentation dough, and baked in a top-of-the-range oven with a rotating stone hearth.
