BIG Bistrot Girondin is a modern, cozy and elegant bistro, open to the outside. The typicity of the card is resolutely turned towards a sharing kitchen, at the same time, greedy and convivial. In the kitchen, the chef Romain Guyot chooses only seasonal products, as much as possible coming from a local sector, Gironde following traditional recipes of the South-West: braised pig cheek, monkfish fricassee served with roasted celery, chestnuts and nuts.
