Casa Mama is a new Pastry & Foodtruck concept in Bordeaux. We have several locations in the New Aquitaine region. What do we eat? Bubble Waffles for lunch with the famous Sud-Ouest foie gras, or for afternoon tea with the unavoidable chocolate mousse recipe, 100% home-made pastries with our revised financiers in 11 flavours, cupcakes with a runny heart and many others!
