In an authentic setting, savor traditional French cuisine made from fresh, seasonal produce, orchestrated by Patrice PAILLAT, Maître Restaurateur. The "Fine Arts" menu at 15.20 € (Starter and Dish of the day) is served for lunch and dinner (except Friday and Saturday night). The establishment offers its specialties such as roast lean fish, seven-hour lamb shank with lemon confit, or the famous braised calf sweetbreads with Espelette pepper and also the “Cannelé” way profiteroles.
