The Shambhala restaurant is run by two brothers from Tibet. Their idea is to discover the traditional Tibetan cuisine in Bordeaux by transcribing sincerely the origins of it: an appetizing food and also vegetarian! Together, they have more than 20 years of experience in cooking and cook only fresh and seasonal produce to offer the best flavors.
