Les Halles de Bacalan, located in Bordeaux’s vibrant Cité du Vin district, opened in 2017 as a dynamic, covered food hall spanning over 1,000 m². The market hosts 22 local producers, artisans and chefs who bring Basque, French, Spanish and international flavors to life, ranging from freshly sliced cheeses and cured meats to sushi, paella, truffle products and vegan delights.
