The dining room is vibrant with scarlet walls, winning-flag chequered banquettes, designer lighting, and a changing array of original artworks on the walls. The menu is a changing work of art, too, with superfresh Asian-inspired modern European dishes that includes sushi, kangaroo steaks and other surprises supported by seriously accomplished caramelised lamb tagine, Ricochet-style seabass, veal ossobucco with confit oranges and spinach tagliatelle. The chef is passionate about wine, too, so the carte reflects deep research and an adventurous spirit. The ambience is young and bubbling.
