It has a patio leading to an enclosed garden, full of flowers, which gives it an incomparable charm and a much appreciated tranquillity. On the ground floor is the living room (the fireplace is closed off), the open-plan kitchen and the bathroom. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms sleeping up to 4 people (2 single beds 140/190). There is a private parking space behind the house. A bay is 50 metres away and beaches are between 2 and 10 kilometres away. The main room has 3 gentle heat radiators to keep the house cosy in winter. A TNT decoder allows you to receive French and German channels. Wifi access is unlimited.
