Our Restaurant Principi di Piemonte is at the service of customers who choose the half board treatment. Here you can start your day with a rich breakfast buffet, served from 7.30 am until 10.00 am, prepared by our cuisine selecting fresh and seasonal product, both sweet and savory. A Chef is at your disposal to prepare eggs and crepes, served with orange juice and a cup of espresso or cappuccino. Dinner is served from 19:00 to 21:30, it provides a rich buffet of starters, a la carte menu with 4 first courses and 4 second courses and a rich buffet with dessert and fruit. Our chef, Massimo Santoro, cooks with creativity the selected raw materials to create the typical dishes of the alpine tradition.
