Hello,Looking for a quiet place to stay in Normandy and discover Ouistreham and our coast named “mother of pearl” because of the light? Our home is 5 m’ away from the beach, town center, casino, ferry and 10’ away from the thalassotherapy.Ouistreham was liberated by the English and French soldiers on June 6, 1944. We are on “Sword beach” and you will be able to visit the Bunker museum (open all year round) and the Museum of Commando n° 4, name of the French troops who landed by the Britt’s. This museum is open from Easter to the autumn. You will be able to visit Caen (15’ ride to the town center), Bayeux (a medieval town, 20 miles away), and of course the other landing beaches, museums and war cemeteries.
