The tastes, the flavors, the quality are assured thanks to the experience of Cédric Calzia Chef de Cuisine captivated by the love of Provence. The map is not extensive and this is voluntary. We are focused on offering you the best and only work with fresh products. We offer you a new culinary event every day thanks to the suggestions of the day which complete the menu. Among our pride you will find the Mediterranean rock fish soup with saffron. the real bouillabaisse the basket of whole fish from small boat fishing.
