Facing the blue horizon, Estelo unveils a lively, simple and warm Mediterranean cuisine, driven by local produce and seasonal flavours. At the helm, Chef Alexandre Baule sublimates the freshness of fish from the fish market, grilled to perfection, and creates inspired dishes that are sincere and elegant, a call to share.
