La Rotonde is a contemporary French restaurant situated in Mandelieu‑la‑Napoule, on the Côte d’Azur. Perched on a cliff overlooking the sea, it offers guests a sweeping panoramic view of the Lérins Islands, the bay of Théoule and the turquoise Riviera. The menu is crafted around seasonal, locally sourced ingredients—fresh fish from the Mediterranean, locally produced cheeses, and fruits and vegetables grown in the surrounding region—following the philosophy of short‑circuit cuisine pioneered by the restaurant’s chef‑owner, Guillaume Arragon, and his collaboration with coach‑brazilian Antonio Da Costa. Patrons can enjoy a relaxed lunch from 12:00‑14:00 or an elegant dinner in the warm, rustic dining room from 19:00‑21:30.
