What drinks are there to enjoy in this seductive setting? A fine wine! Two large wine racks make for an inviting bar. How about a cocktail! A classic like a: Margarita, Mojito or Bellini. Or how about a house-made creation, one of five signature cocktails imagined by Emanuele Balestra, our head barman. A veritable flavour alchemist, this talented mixologist is gifted in the art of marrying the force of alcohol with the subtlety of the aromatic plants he grows on La Terrasse du Gray or in the garden of Le Majestic. He infuses vodka with the yellow gold of Morocco in order to treat you to a Taliouine saffron-infused Caïpiroska. He slips some chamomile into Campari to reinvent the famous Negroni. He sweetens bourbon with drops of honey taken from his own hives and carefully infused with Calabrese bergamot.
