Discover this quirky place and let your imagination run wild ... Come and discover our 2500 m² wine cellars, our aging galleries and our stiring rooms enanhanced with incredibles sound and light shows. You will discover during our lively visit (explanations, questions/answers) our traditional cellars as well as our ancestral methods like: ageing of the wine on lees, the turning of more than 30 000 bottles per day by hand, and the traditional disgorging “ a la Volee “. You will be able to taste the oldest sparkling wines in the world like the Blanquettes and Cremants from Limoux (AOC). -> Guided visit of our 140 years old cellars with eplanations of the production of the Blanquettes and Cremants of Limoux, the greatest sparkling wines AOC from this region. -> Video projection with CG Images -> Light and Sound Show -> Historical reenactment -> Light effects/show along the visit
