Aloa Residence offers two flats. Each flat : 130m². Each flat has a 50 m2- covered terrace with a quiet and cute view on grounds. During winter, you will also may take advantage of a fireplace with its wood reserve to get sweet evening. Free and private parking is available ahead of residence. No reservation is requested. One basement with 3 bedrooms: 2 with queen beds and 1 with twin beds. One basement with : 3 bedrooms with queen beds. In each bedroom, you will get cupboard to tidy your clothes. Towels and sheets are provided. A bathroom with a shower, 2 washbasins, 1 WC. 1 separate WC more. All facilities are in the kitchen: cleaning dishes machine, micro waves oven, classical oven, ceramic plate, fridge, freezer, table and cupboards. This basement also provides living room with fireplace, dinning room, king-size TV, and DVD player. Living room and dinning room are grounds viewed. All facilities are in laundry: washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
