But what's this "hostel"? Without a doubt a dream boy Many are tried to be (e) s to define, there are few who succeed and as everything constantly changes... Is it a restaurant? Not really. A bar to wine? Yes... but not that. A host table gourmet? It is safe. A hamlet consisting of fifteen independent guest houses? Also. A large private room with a large courtyard? Also... The extension TABLE, it kinda stuff... more a vivid imagination, of conviviality in abundance, a desire permanent pleasing and, let's be honest, a sacred touch of madness to transform original moments in happy memories. We get family and friends there, we Redid the world around steaming plates and glasses full, singing and dance (a true bridge of Avignon ;)). And when we know that we can privatize this place authentic... say that it is high time to organize the next fiesta!
