The property, originally a farmhouse, was first built in the 18th century. Set in 1.75 acres of land including large garden/orchard to relax in. On the south side there are views to the Montagne Noire behind which are the Pyrenees; to the westside are open views over the orchard towards Lautrec village. If you like bird watching this is the place to stay. To the east is our vegetable field with more fruit trees! Gite Martinet (rated 3 stars) sleeps two and is large and spacious. It has an open plan kitchen / living area with fridge freezer and dishwasher, mezzanine level bedroom with king size bed and en-suite shower room. There is an additional sitting room for you to read and relax in. For winter lets the wood burning stove will keep you warm and cosy.
