Le restaurant L'Altévic, located in Hattstatt in the Haut‑Rhine, opened its doors in December 2012 under the ownership of the star‑rated chef Jean‑Christophe Perrin. The loft‑style dining room is bathed in natural light, framed by raw concrete, sycamore and oak and offers a relaxed, contemporary ambience for diners. Perrin’s menu changes with the seasons, presenting a range of French and Alsatian dishes cooked with global flavours. A popular 60‑minute lunch set is available from Thursday to Saturday, and the restaurant also offers a 39‑€ menu, a 48‑€ “Balade gourmande”, a multi‑service Christmas market lunch, and a 145‑€ candle‑lit menu for New Year’s Eve.
