Large and very bright apartment located on the third and last floor of a small building. Reserved parking in the courtyard of the building. ATTENTION: July & August, rental of 3 consecutive days minimum. For a holiday rental to discover the beautiful city of Dijon or for a short business trip, we will be there to welcome you. Located in a building of the 1970s, the cottage of 70 m² accepts up to 6 people. It consists of an entrance / hallway with cupboards. This entry serves a kitchen open to a room of 25 m² adjoining a terrace of 70m ² without vis-à-vis. A separate toilet is also accessible through this entrance. In the room, a door serves a bathroom and 2 rooms with 1 bed 140 for one and a bed 160 for the other. A possibility of sleeping is offered on the sofa bed (2 people).
