Come and discover our traditional dishes, concocted by our Chef Thomas Collomb. The restaurant is open from Tuesday till Saturday for lunch and dinner from 12:00 am till 1:30 pm and from 7:00 pm till 9:00 pm (last orders). We wish you a very pleasant stay with us. Gevrey-Chambertin is a wine producing village, situated 15 km South of Dijon and 30 km North of Beaune. This is a touristic and wine village, situated on the route des Grand Crus. The vineyard of Gevrey-Chambertin is one of the most prestigious vineyards not only in Burgundy but in France and in the World with 310 hectares of Pinot Noir producing red wine. It produces, on its own, 9 of the 33 Grand Crus of Burgundy AOC.
