Un Singe en Hiver is A Craft brewery created in the unique setting offered by an old flour mill. You wil enjoy observing our products in the making and, of course, discover a set of beers of character made on site from organic malts, all in a vegetated and entirely renovated setting respecting the heritage of the place. Our menu also offers a range of regional products such as natural wines, organic fruit juices, homemade lemonade, local meats and cheeses ... Echoing of the eponymous literary and cinematographic masterpieces, Un Singe en Hiver also hosts a 150 square meter set dedicated to contemporary creation (concerts, exhibitions, screenings, etc.)
