About
The domain " Château Paradis ", about forty hectares situated in the valley of the massif des Maures, at the heart of the oldest vineyard of France, produces its wines from the best vines of the area of appelation " Côtes de Provence ": Syrah, Grenache, Mouvèdre, Cabernet-Sauvignon, Cinsaut and Carignan For red and rosés, white Ugni, Rolle ( Vementino) for the whites. Wine growers Independents, we work in the soil respect and the grape harvests are hand-made. All the production is bottling in the Castle. Come to visit and to taste our diverse vintages in the open vault of sale every day from 10 to 19 hours.
