Unlike 80% of the French restaurant that uses prepared dishes, each of Crescendo restaurant prepares its products the same day to the customer for fish and grilled meats. The restaurants are stocked daily with fresh, seasonal products in order to offer customers quality meals and especially with taste. We can call this concept "kitchen minute": indeed at Crescendo, a large majority of our dishes are based on a kitchen fresh and are all prepared at the last minute. Another variable concept: the will to develop the local produce and specialties to allow customers to "Eat fresh." The choice of food is consistent. The restaurants offer indeed: buffet of appetizers and desserts, cheeses, fruit, pies and cakes, vegetables at will, but also dishes that cooks prepare in front of the customer as grilling or pizza.Crescendo challenges the traditions of the restoration rethinking dining areas in a contemporary style and decor. The bright colors for the walls and fixtures, tables and wooden chairs with a modern design, wall decor adorned with fruits and recalling fresh vegetables ... Modernity is also needed in the service: no rail where the customer placed his plate and had to do the whole route! Today, tablets are arranged in front of each buffet to allow the customer to use and movement: the "free flow"! Crescendo is also distinguished regarding hot dishes while remaining self-service, the customer can recover when they want, after paying, allowing him not to eat his cold dish. This organization allows the customer to eat at their own pace. Another special feature: the sweet-salty tea room, lets enjoy throughout the day ice cream, salad and even a barbecue.
