In Cotignac, an exceptional Provençal village, one of the most beautiful villages in France, between the Gorges du Verdon and Saint Tropez, the gîte de la Radassière is a 55 m² apartment for 2 people, on the garden level, on a strategic site to visit the surroundings! With 2 entrances, the cottage offers access to the garden, and another to the shady summer terrace. Attached to the owners' house, its independent location allows its occupants to be away in a large olive grove. Fully equipped, furnished and air-conditioned for your comfort and independence, the cottage is decorated with works of artist friends. Composed of a living room with Wifi and TV, a complete kitchen with large fridge-freezer and a dining area, the cottage offers a beautiful living room, open to the surrounding nature. In the bedroom of the cottage, you will find a large double bed in 160 with a wardrobe and storage, to really put your suitcases and feel at home. The bathroom has a very large shower. Besides, the toilet is separate. You can park your car safely 10 m from the cottage. The large property of 3 ha is planted with olive trees and a wooded park, on which 3 houses are built without any opposite. The swimming pool is also very independent and is common to the residents but very little frequented, so you can have it at leisure. The village of Cotignac is one of the most beautiful and typical villages in Provence.
