With a surface area of 170 m², the gîte is laid out as follows: First floor - A large entrance hall - A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room (dishwasher, oven, filter and Senseo coffee makers, hob, fridge...) - Living room with 2 sofas, armchair, TV and dining table for 6. A functional pellet stove is at your disposal (pellets extra). - A relaxation area with a Jacuzzi accessible all year round. - One bedroom with double bed (140x190) - Water point with shower and WC (no vanity unit) - A storeroom with access to the laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer).
