Nice, spacious and very bright 72 sqm apartment, renovated in 2010 on the first floor of a building located close to the centre of the city and 200 m from the beach (5 min walk). The apartment is located in a quiet street, across from a public garden (playground), close to the Casino, the cinema and the multimedia library. Close to the shopping street, a bakery is at the foot of the building. 200 m from Agora Leisure Centre (pool, bowling, playground for children, billiards, etc.). The resort of Berck-Sur-Mer offers many activities: sand yachting, kitesurfing, play with kites, horseback riding, walking to go see the seals or simply relaxing on the beach.
