Octave, Primard's restaurant, spreads out along the orchard. When the weather is fine, the terrace stretches out on the grass between the apple and cherry trees. The dining room is in the style of Anglo-Norman restaurants: wainscoting, bricks, and wide floorboards. Chef Romain Meder proposes a lively cuisine, linked to the Domaine's vegetable garden, which evolves with the seasons and changing landscapes. Focusing on plants, the dishes, created to echo the Primard gardens, pay tribute to the best local producers.
