Welcome to Apakabar Homestay, our Anglo-Norman style guesthouse with Indonesian ambience. We are located in La Rochette, a small green and suburban town less than 10 minutes walk from the train station Melun (30 minutes by direct train Paris-Gare de Lyon) and the forest of Fontainebleau. Ideal location to visit the nearby castles (Vaux Le Vicomte, Blandy-les-Tours, Fontainebleau) or Barbizon painter’s village. We make available to our guests: - 3 double rooms (Java, Lombok and Borneo) equipped with a shower room (toilets shared on the landing) and free wifi access. The common areas include a dining room, a lounge with TV and piano, and a small lounge with sofa, desk and mini fridge. - An independent apartment of 60 m2 including a room of 18 m2 (double bed, sofa bed), a bedroom with 2 single beds, living room, kitchen and bathroom with toilet. Indonesian dinner available under request (20€ per person including starter, main course, dessert and coffee), with a minimum of two people.
