Bike Alive offers specialist mountain cycling tours in the French & Spanish Pyrenees, the French Alps and the Italian Dolomites, plus "end to ends" such as St Malo to Nice and Northern Portugal. We're a small, family business, and we pride ourselves on our level of service and attention to detail. We have a high ratio of support staff to clients, because cycling involves a certain amount of risk, especially when you're in the mountains, where the weather can change very quickly. We always ensure we can get everyone in a vehicle and out of the weather if we need to, so our groups have a maximum of 16 riders, with two support vehicles. We are very customer focused and pride ourselves on the level of support we offer. Apart from that, we don't take ourselves too seriously, we're up for a laugh and a bit of banter. We've been running tours since 2009, and we've met some amazing people, many of whom come and ride with us every year, sometimes twice a year! I think that says a lot.
