Welcome to the basis of canoë kayak, rafting ans stand UP paddle of waterploof, we hiking on the lake or on the Ariège river. To practice our activities you must know to swim and wear closed shoes. We supply you life jacket, helmet, paddle, néoprène suit and watertight container, return shuttles are planned for the arrival of the two descentes.
