Large tiled terraces, partially covered or shaded by pergolas. At the garden and the pool: living room and kitchen on terrace, TV-reading room, entrance and toilet. Kitchen with center island and dining area open to the living room by a sliding door; it is complemented by the scullery hosting washing machine, oven, small appliances and cupboards. On the floor: a room in suite with room of bath and TOILET, 2 rooms with room of common water, 4 ème room with balcony, independent TOILET on the floor.
