In wooded area of the Semaphore with swimming pool, paddling pool and 5 tennis courts, bowling green. STUDIO apartment with in addition closed veranda for 3 people, crossing with garden. Fully equipped with living room (1 double sofa bed and 1 single bed), kitchen and bathroom. 8 m2 veranda with sofa (BZ) if prompted occasionally, with sliding glass window overlooking the garden. beautiful orientation at garden level allowing beautiful sunshine Dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge / freezer and washing machine. Quietly located in a large estate on the Semaphore hill. Possibility of easy parking in the private alleys of the domain. (External staircase to access the rental: not suitable for a person with reduced mobility).
