This villa enjoys a nice view over the Gulf of St. Tropez located on a 5' walk from the nearest beach "La Croisette" through the Botanic Park of Ste. Maxime. The city center can be reached after a 15' walk along the sea.There you'll find a lot of restaurants, bars ,shops...You can also take a boat there for St.Tropez. The house is situated South West, sunny all day, with in the garden beautiful pine trees where you can find some shade. There are 2 swimming pools in the closed guarded residence . The biggest one at 50m from the house, the second-one at 150m.,each one with a pool-beach and chairs where it's nice to stay a while You'll get a digicode to enter both pools.
