A recently renovated large (160 sq m) 4 bedroom fully equipped house and separate 2 bedroom cottage (50m away) dating from the 19th century. This 4* meuble de tourisme is located in unspoilt countryside known as "Little Tuscany" between Toulouse and Albi in Occitanie, south-west France. Set in 4,000m² of gardens with pool, surrounded by vineyards and fields of sunflowers in summer. The houses are in a lovely quiet rural position, yet only 5 minutes by car to the local shops and restaurants. A perfect place to get-away-from-it-all for old and young alike. Perfect for large groups of friends or large amily groups. You may see a car in the distance but you'll rarely hear it. The house interiors are bright, spacious and extremely well-equipped with dish-washer, washing-machine, micro-wave, toaster, kettle ,Nespresso machine, TV, games, books, tourist information and free wifi in both making it a home-from-home and very comfortable. To while away the heat of the day there is a private 10m x 5m sunken pool which has sun all day and is deep enough for diving with shade provided by kiwi vines and parasols. There are plenty of sun-loungers, cushions and pool toys. A large dining table inside and outside the large house makes for convivial get-togethers of 12 people. What better way to catch up than with a BBQ with charcoal provided. We have bicycles of all sizes and bike helmets for children under18 (obligatory in France). We have a baby high chair, a toddler high chair and a travel cot with all bedding and a bed rail for older children. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN POOL TOWELS. Included free of charge so that you can keep your packing to a minimum we provide the following: All linen including bath towels, tea towels and bathmats. All cleaning materials such as washing-up liquid, washing powder, floor cleaner etc. Soap, shampoo, hand-wash, hair-dryer. Salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar and dried herbs.
