"La Salsita, Sanwicherie Euro-Mexicaine" is a modern Mexican Fast and casual concept, based on a flagship dish: "The Quesadilla". A Quesadilla is a flat bread "tortilla" filed in with cheese. More than 10 years back in Grenoble we "redesigned" the Mexican Quesadilla and made the necessary changes to adapt it to the French way of life and taste buds, like: "no liquid" salsa; spiciness levels; sealed quesadillas; some typically Mexican fillins and some European; toasted and no fried quesadillas, among others. La Salsita's latest news (2019) was its new location: 11 Rue Thiers Grenoble 38000. (150 meters away from our first and smaller location). Nowadays (2020) we're in constant change as new food tendencies are taking over. Soon this year we'll be proposing gluten free "gorditas", more vegetarian options, the possibility of having a "light Quesadilla", and more.. La Salsita = 100%Grenoblean company; designed and managed by a Mexican; fueled by a multicultural Super team!
