Countryside house of 80 m² in duplex at the foot of the village of St Pierre de Chartreuse, accommodating up to 6 guests. It features a lower terrace for outdoor dining in summer and a garden with access to the Guiers river for relaxing to the sound of water. Bedroom Layout: - Bedroom 1: One large bed (180 cm) - Bedroom 2: Two single beds (with two trundle beds) - Living Room: A comfortable sofa The house is close to the swimming pool and bike park of St Pierre, and at the start of many hiking trails for summer. It is also a 5-minute drive from the main ski resort gondola for winter. On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious, cozy living room with a wood stove. Upstairs, there is one bedroom with a double bed (160 cm), a second bedroom with two trundle beds, and a shower room. A private parking space is available at the edge of the garden. Bed linens are not provided.
