THE CONCEPT: Mel's Cafe is a mix between a coffee shop and a tea room, making it a meeting place for all generations of all cultures. We offer several kinds of World coffees, selected by us, different quality teas (Kusmi Tea), fresh or craft fruit juices. On the snack side: croissants, cookies, muffins and snacks (sweet bread, savory sandwiches, salads, ...). You can eat in or takeaway. Our priority is to be environmentally responsible and offer primarily seasonal, local and / or organic products. We recycle what we can and seek a buyer for the coffee grounds ... We work with several local suppliers: Fraica for coffee, The Talemelerie for bread, spreadable Oclico for some, etc ... THE PLACE: Mel's Cafe is a nice place to take a relaxing break in a modern decor, bright and warm with its coral and chocolate colors . The mezzanine, lounge and cozy, offers 4 different atmospheres (Baroque, jungle, English library and pop). This space can accommodate groups and business meetings. We broadcast an eclectic background music. Local artists can exhibit their work (see "Expos" part), it changes the scenery regularly. Newspapers, books and games are available. We provide free wifi, we speak English fluently and Spanish too (falto un poco vocabulario pero le hace para discutir ;o))
