I breed them with passion and pride in the same way that they grow naturally in rivers. I sale crayfish to restocking rivers and of course for eating them. You can buy it at the mill and by postage Tucked in a cradle of nature , close to the Marne valley, The "Moulin Aux Écrevisses" offer you nice bedding room and you can taste the famous "Red Legged" Crayfish with other farming product from the area. You can also visit this unique farm in europe. The Mill is opened all the years and every day but you need to call first and get a reservation
