The house consists of a living room, a kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker nespresso ...), a bathroom with bath, two bedrooms (bedroom 1 with a bed of 140cm, bedroom 2 with two beds of 90cm), two toilets, a small private garden and a pool to share with the owners and another cottage 2 pers. (heated pool from May to September, secure but not monitored). The linen is provided as well as the basic products (tea, coffee, sugar ...) The house is located in a quiet area of the town of Puilboreau, with many shops nearby, and the city center of La Rochelle - 10min.
