We offer you our charming house in the village of La Flotte on the Ile de Ré. This typical island house, ideally located in a quiet lane near the center of the village, the port and the medieval market, offers a clear view from the floor and the terrace on the sea. All spaces have been refreshed and renovated (in 2018 and 2019) with care and simplicity in the choice of materials, atmospheres and vintage items. The house, for 4 to 5 people, is composed of a main building and an annex, both articulated around a sunny courtyard. This arrangement offers great flexibility of use during the summer. (*) A parking space is available 80 meters from the house The ground floor consists of a living-dining room and an open kitchen. 2 bedrooms are located upstairs as well as a bathroom (sink, shower and wc). The first bedroom is equipped with new 160 cm double bedding and cupboards. The second bedroom is fitted with new separable 2x80 bedding and cupboards. The luminous annex of 12 m² is made up of a bathroom accessible to people with reduced mobility (sink, shower and toilet) and a very comfortable sofa bed that can be used as a summer lounge. The outdoor area, consisting of a 23 m² courtyard and a very nice high terrace with sea view, is equipped with garden furniture, deckchairs and a barbecue. It is possible to hang the bikes outside on the facade or to enter them in the courtyard. This comfortable and charming house will be the ideal place for your holidays with family or friends.
