La Ville Blanche
About
La Ville Blanche was a cherished family‑run gastronomic restaurant situated in the heart of the Trégor region, near the stunning pink granite coast. Established in 1992, it evolved into a celebrated dining destination under the stewardship of Chef Yvann Guglielmetti and his partner Maud. Renowned for its seasonal Breton cuisine and accolades such as Gault & Millau awards, the restaurant offered a range of menus, from the signature 29‑Euro “Menu Premier Pas” to multi‑course tasting menus. In April 2024, the establishment ceased operations following a court‑ordered liquidation. The official website and several press releases confirm that the restaurant has remained closed since 16 April 2024. The community and loyal diners were thanked for their support over the years, and fans can still view archival menus featuring dishes such as “Saint‑Jacques snackée” and “Entrecôte de notre région.” While La Ville Blanche is no longer open to the public, its legacy lives on through memories of hearty Breton fare, a warm, family‑style atmosphere, and the culinary artistry that earned it regional acclaim.
