The house has recently been completely renovated with 1 small bathroom (shower) and open kitchen in a large living space with dining table & couch The duplex unit (80m2) is part of a private residence, between 2 other houses. There is 3 bedrooms: 1 master for 2 people (bed 140) and 2 smaller (1bed 140 - 1 bed 120) A large garden leads to private picnic tables and gives direct access to the beach below with beautiful sunsets The residence is in a charming village. A grocery store, local cafes and restaurants are all within walking distance. Free parking is available 2 minutes away
